Welcome to Studio Rock & Garden. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of studiorockgarden.com and to all purchases of plants, planters and garden products and all bookings of our services (plant hire, landscaping, vertical gardens, corporate works and gifting). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Studio Rock & Garden is a plant nursery based in Chembur, Mumbai, serving gardening enthusiasts and businesses since 1988. Our address: Bhatons Estate, Lane Opp Shalimar Petrol Pump, Dr. C.G Road, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400074.

2. Your account

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Please keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Please give correct name, phone number and delivery address details. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect details.

3. Products

Live plants are natural products. Their size, shape, colour, number of leaves and flowering may vary slightly from the photos. Photos are for reference only.
Plants are usually delivered in a nursery pot unless a planter is mentioned in the product or the option you choose.
Planter colours may look slightly different because of screen settings. Many planters do not have a drainage hole, as mentioned in their description.
Plant care tips on our website are general guidance. Results depend on light, water and the conditions where the plant is kept.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable or a price was shown wrongly because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect misuse.
You can pay online through our secure payment partner or choose Cash on Delivery where available.
Coupons and offers are valid only as stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and one coupon can be used per order unless mentioned otherwise.

6. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancel Policy. In short: we deliver within India only; delivered and accepted orders cannot be refunded; and damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Services: plant hire, landscaping and corporate works

Service prices are confirmed in a written quote. Work begins after you accept the quote and any agreed advance payment is received.
You agree to give our team safe access to the site at the agreed time, along with water and electricity where needed.
Hired plants and planters remain the property of Studio Rock & Garden. Loss or damage to hired items while in your care (other than normal wear) may be charged.
Living plants in landscaping and maintenance projects depend on site conditions and care after handover; their growth cannot be guaranteed.

8. Reviews and content you share

When you post a review or send us photos, you allow us to show them on our website and social media. Please do not post anything false, offensive or unrelated to the product. We may edit or remove such content.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Studio Rock & Garden name and logo, photos, text and design — belongs to Studio Rock & Garden and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by courier companies, weather or other events beyond our control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
